It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Chanoch Guy on May 14th 2026, surrounded by family. Beloved father to Etty (and Nir), Rachel (and Justin) and Dalia (and Francisco), Sabbah to Adi, Gali, Tal, Lily, Reuven, Jared, Eli and Samuel, brother to Mikki and brother-in-law to Bella. Chanoch (Chuck) will be deeply missed by friends and family.
Special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff at Lachine Hospital for their care and kindness and to his best friend and care giver Jean-Pierre (JP) Hayeur for always making him laugh and for his compassion and dedication.
Shiva will take place at the home of Rachel Guy-Levine in Ottawa.
